Everything about your order lives in My Account. If you purchased a website subscription, use the Tracker in My Account to follow setup progress. Any physical products will ship once they’re processed.
If you purchased a Website Subscription:
Your setup status is always available in My Account → Tracker.
Follow your website setup progress inside My Account → Tracker.
Purchase, transfer, or connect your own domain. Connection details are in My Account.
We’ll configure hosting, connect your domain, and update the Tracker when your site is live.
If your order includes Physical Products
Items ship as soon as they’re processed — typically 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking by email.
Your order appears as “Processing” in My Account while it’s prepared for shipment.
When it ships, the order moves to “Completed” and tracking is emailed to you.
