What we collect (and why)

We collect the minimum necessary to run our site, deliver purchases, and support you:

• Account & order info: name, email, billing/shipping details, and purchase history — to fulfill orders and manage subscriptions.
• Forms & support: info you submit via contact or support forms to help resolve issues and provide service.
• Comments: the data shown in the comment form, plus IP and browser user-agent to help prevent spam.
• Technical data: cookies, device/browser details, and analytics to keep things secure and improve the experience.
• Optional marketing: your email preferences for newsletters or updates (only if you opt in).

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and secure the site.

• Login & preferences: login cookies last up to two days; screen option cookies about a year. “Remember Me” keeps you signed in for ~2 weeks.
• Drafting/publishing: editing a post may set a short-lived cookie storing the post ID (no personal data).
• Essential vs. optional: some cookies are required for the site to function. Optional analytics/marketing cookies are used only with consent where required.

Embedded content

Pages may include embedded content (videos, images, widgets). Those sites may collect data about you, use their own cookies, and track your interaction—especially if you’re logged in to their service. Review their policies for details.

How long we retain data

• Comments: kept indefinitely to auto-approve follow-ups.
• Accounts: profile data is stored as long as your account exists (you can edit or delete most fields at any time).
• Orders & tax records: retained as required by law and accounting standards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete your data (when we’re not required to keep it).
• Portability — receive a copy in a common format.
• Object/Restrict certain processing (e.g., marketing).

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the relevant age in your region). If you believe we’ve collected a child’s personal data, contact us and we’ll delete it.
