Register your show

• Go to remotefalcon.com and create an account.
• Verify your email and log in to the dashboard.

Install & connect

• Open your FPP web UI.
• Go to Plugins → Plugin Manager, install Remote Falcon.
• Open the Remote Falcon plugin and sign in with your account.
• Confirm status shows Connected (internet required).

Install & connect

• Install the Remote Falcon Listener on the same PC that runs xSchedule.
• Sign in to the Listener with your Remote Falcon account.
• Point the Listener to your xSchedule show folder.
• Start the Listener and verify it reports Connected.

Customize the free template

• In the Remote Falcon dashboard, open Voting Page → Templates and download the free template.
• Edit the HTML (WordPress HTML block or code editor).
• Swap placeholder images for your own artwork; keep similar dimensions.
• Adjust colors/text to match your brand. Save/publish on your site.

Separate from your main schedule

After your FPP or xSchedule integration is connected, create a separate playlist specifically for voting.

• Create a new playlist (e.g., RF_Voting) containing the songs you want available for voting (have fun—even 60+ works great!).
• Ensure each sequence plays locally and media paths are correct.
• Use readable sequence names—these appear in the voting UI.
• In the FPP plugin or the xSchedule Listener, choose RF_Voting and run Sync so Remote Falcon picks it up.

Control guest experience

• Voting Mode: Toggle when you want to accept votes.
• Votes per visitor: Set max selections per device.
• Repeat voting: Allow or limit repeat votes by time/IP.
• Now Playing: Show the current sequence to visitors.
• Round timing / winner behavior: Choose how and when winners are determined and queued.

Make it easy for visitors

• Buy our custom QR code yard signs and point them to your website.
• On your site, we add a clear “Vote with Remote Falcon” button that links to your voting page.
• Visitors scan once → land on your website → tap the Remote Falcon button.

Common issues

• Songs not appearing: Re-run Sync in the plugin/Listener and confirm RF_Voting is selected.
• Voting page shows no data: Check internet on the FPP/xSchedule machine and that you’re logged in on the plugin/Listener.
• Using main show playlist: Always create and sync a separate RF_Voting playlist.
• Names look wrong: Rename sequences to visitor-friendly titles and re-sync.
• Listener stops (Windows): Disable sleep/hibernate; keep xSchedule running during show hours.
