Second, select the options that apply in the form below to inform Lumos Designs of the new change and they will appear on your Lumos Designs Show website. 

Each Website Change Requires one Lumos Design Credit. Lumos Design  Subscriptions comes with an allotted amount of credits. If more change credits are needed you can simply add the amount you need to your Lumos Designs Cart and checkout.
