Welcome to Lumos Designs! We’re committed to providing high-quality Websites and digital products that bring your holiday light shows to life with style and simplicity. Please read the following terms and policies carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Product Policy
All Lumos Designs products are digital in nature, including website templates, signage files, and social graphics. Because digital content is delivered instantly, purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.All digital properties remain hosted by Lumos Designs and cannot be downloaded, transferred, or self-hosted. When your subscription ends, your website is taken offline immediately. You have 30 days to reinstate your subscription and restore your site. After 30 days, a new template purchase is required to reactivate service.
Delivery
You must have a website domain in order to fulfill your Lumos subscription. After you purchase your subscription, select your Lumos design, and complete your account forms, your website build will begin.You can track the progress of your website anytime in the Tracker inside My Account. This replaces email notifications—your live status and updates are always available there.If you’ve purchased a subscription and your website has not appeared in the tracker within 14 days, please contact us at support@lumos-designs.com for assistance.
Refund Policy
All Lumos Designs sales are final. Subscriptions, templates, and digital products are non-refundable once purchased.You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Usage License
All Lumos Designs templates and digital products include a limited-use license.You may use purchased designs only for your own light show, event, or small business promotional purposes.You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original files or any modified versions.You may not claim the design as your own work or use it to create or sell competing websites, templates, or design services.All websites and templates remain the property of Lumos Designs and must be hosted on our platform.For custom licensing needs or broader commercial use beyond a single show/site, please contact support@lumos-designs.com .
Support & Edits
All Lumos Designs subscriptions include access to our support team and a limited number of design edits each year.Support: All requests must be submitted by emailing support@lumos-designs.com , which automatically creates a support ticket. Our team responds during business hours, usually within a few hours, but please allow up to 24 hours during peak season.Design edits: Edits are managed through Lumos Credits. Classic subscriptions include 2 credits per year, while Premium subscriptions include 5 credits per year. Each change request uses one credit. Additional credits may be purchased at any time.Change requests: Submit design changes directly in My Account. Requests are handled in the order received, with most completed within 24–48 hours (longer during peak holiday season).
