Before requesting your domain transfer, please read carefully and acknowledge the following:Loss of Services Transferring your domain away from Lumos will disconnect it from your hosted website, email, and any other connected services. You will be responsible for updating DNS, website hosting, and email settings with your new provider.Renewals & Expiration Once a transfer is initiated, Lumos will no longer manage renewals. If the domain expires before the transfer completes, it may be lost and become available for public registration.30-Day Registrar Lock Most registrars, including ours, enforce a 60-day lock after new registration or transfer. If your domain is within that window, transfer may not be possible until the lock expires.Non-Reversible Once the transfer is approved, Lumos cannot cancel or reverse it. All future billing and management will be with your new registrar.Auth/EPP Code Lumos will provide the EPP/Auth code required by your new registrar. It is your responsibility to complete the transfer with them before the code expires.No Refunds Remaining time on your current Lumos domain subscription is non-refundable once a transfer is initiated.
